If your RTO is required to sight or record a copy of a students photo ID, you will be pleased to know that an identification capturing process is natively built into the Ammonite TOMS.
Aside from just recording students photo identification (such as a drivers licence), the process can be used to capture a profile photo of the student or their signature. These can all be printed directly onto a certificate or card through the platform.

More advanced uses include capturing additional forms identification or licences. This is well suited to Inductions, where workers can record copies of their White Card or other high risk work licences.
